Who we are

Orange Creative Studio (“OCS,” “we”) is Eddie Garcia's Los Angeles creative practice. These terms cover this website and the studio's internal publishing tools — the software OCS uses to publish its own original content (including the Tiburcio series) to social platforms through those platforms' official APIs.

The site is here so you can see our work and reach us. Browse freely. Don't scrape it, misrepresent it, or use it to impersonate the studio.

Our content and IP

Everything on this site and in the studio's series — characters (including Tiburcio), scripts, video, artwork, and branding — belongs to OCS or its licensors. Enjoy it, share links to it, but don't reproduce or commercialize it without written permission.

Publishing tools

The studio's publishing tools are operated by OCS, for OCS. They publish only to accounts the studio owns, in compliance with each platform's developer terms (YouTube API Services Terms, Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Developer Terms). They are not offered as a service to third parties, and no third party's data is accessed or processed by them.

The site and its content are provided “as is.” We work hard on accuracy but make no guarantees, and we're not liable for decisions made from anything published here.
